DESCRIPTION:Do you see yourself as a future leader\, or are you looking to improve your leadership skills and knowledge?\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLeadership Wyndham 2023 is a 7 session program aiming to empower Wyndham’s workforce\, residents\, community leaders etc\, anyone who is willing to play an active role in shaping Wyndham’s future. \nWith a mix of in-person and online sessions covering a vast range of topics\, Leadership Wyndham 2023 will help develop your leadership skills while gaining some micro-credentials along the way. \nThis program is run by the Committee for Wyndham\, facilitated by PROfound Leadership\, and proudly supported by Wyndham City Council. \n  \n\nWhat’s involved?\n\n\n\nSessions dates are listed below\, along with the topics for each session. DESCRIPTION:Description\nUnderstanding the origin of human behaviours and our urge to fulfill basic human needs is the first step to influencing positive behaviour.\nChallenging behaviours can sap our confidence\, demotivate teams\, and damage otherwise productive business relationships. Whether it’s students\, work colleagues\, or peers in our network\, we can positively shape the behaviour of others through awareness of our own interactions and responses.\n \nIn this interactive workshop\, participants will learn more about human behaviours and how motivations can drive behaviour. They will also learn skills and strategies to promote positive behaviours.
