Before working with PROfound Leadership, I felt like I was treading water. I was not discerning about where I was directing my attention and energy, and harshly judged myself. Stress was affecting my health.
While learning and applying the different strategies, I was surprised at how easy it was to apply principles to completely change my perspective to one of positivity and understanding of both myself, and others. I discovered how my thoughts affected my state of mind and mood, and the sense of struggle has gone. Without trying, my interactions at all levels have become easier. I wish everyone could do this kind of work so we could get along much more harmoniously!
As a result of completing the Leadership Program and Coaching sessions, I have been able to dismantle limiting ways of thinking and know myself better; to understand how I created stress in the past and now remember my values instead. I’ve gained confidence through making value-based decisions.
