Thirteen years ago this month, I nervously delivered my very first one-on-one coaching session, launching the business while still working part-time. Three years later (now coaching full time), I took another July leap, stepping into workshop facilitation. I drafted the inaugural leadership workshop at the kitchen bench with just a whiteboard, a head full of ideas, and a wonderfully supportive family cheering me on.
