I had the privilege of attending Fearless Leadership Talks with Martin, and to say the session was exceptional and perfectly timed for both my professional and personal development would be an understatement. I went in thinking, “I’m too busy for this right now”, and expecting a fairly standard workshop. But almost immediately, Martin began challenging long-held assumptions I didn’t even realise I had. The leadership training session with Martin was incredibly helpful and contained practical and relevant advice that I could immediately put into practice at work and in my personal life.

Exceptional methodology, the best I’ve heard, really resonated. Martin does not use PowerPoint. His presentation is unique, powerful, useful and interesting.

In just one short session I was able to reset my thinking around conflict participation and resolution. From a management perspective his logic is easy to understand and relatable to teams. I highly recommend working with Martin.

Before working with PROfound Leadership, I was unsure about my communication style – I often found myself in a situation caused by miscommunication. Generally, always considering myself not being a team player, I wanted to learn how to work with my growing team of employees and my work colleagues. Also my self confidence was quite low, impacting my relationships with our prospects / customers.

While learning and applying the different strategies, I have learned to listen first. The engagement and communication with my new team is improving. Mainly, I have really enjoyed learning more about myself, how past experiences have affected me and what beliefs I have formed from those experiences.
