Martin Probst, in a simple summary, is an expert corporate trainer, charismatic presenter, and all-around good man who genuinely wants to help you improve your business results and your success in life.

He will help you become a better communicator, more confident public speaker and overall, give you a deeper understanding of your own mind, behaviours and how you communicate to others (as well as realising the important differences there may be between you and others).
I had the pleasure of meeting Martin multiple times through Holmesglen TAFE’s corporate training events.

• Respectfully challenges you to question any of your limiting beliefs (what things may be holding you back from your next level of success.)
• Well structured presentations and fun interactive conversations with the audience.
• Treats everyone he teaches with care, humble honest feedback and genuine curiosity to understand how he can help you and your team.

In conclusion, I would happily recommend Martin and his teachings to any corporate organisation that wants to form a culture where staff have high self motivation, personal pride, collaborative teamwork of positive reinforcement and a drive to all become peak performers. This could all likely eventually result in not just increased profits/financial revenue, but also deeper long-term growth and fulfilment for your team, business, and yourself.
