Before working with PROfound Leadership, I was unsure about my communication style - often found myself in a situation caused by miscommunication. Generally, always considering myself not being a team player, I wanted to learn how to work with my growing team of employees and my work colleagues. Also my self confidence was quite low, impacting my relationships with our prospects / customers.
While learning and applying the different strategies, I have learned to listen first. The engagement and communication with my new team is improving. Mainly, I have really enjoyed learning more about myself, how past experiences have affected me and what beliefs I have formed from those experiences. This gave me such insight into my own strengths and weaknesses and what I want to improve and act on.
As a result of completing the Leadership Program and Coaching sessions, I have been able to get better organized, identify and verbalize better our company’s values, mission and vision that guides now the team and improved the communication with our clients and suppliers.
I would highly recommend this for anyone who wants to grow. I feel like I have grown as a person and as an entrepreneur. Working with Martin has improved all my relationships, with myself, my partner and within my business. I also enjoyed and looked forward to every session.
