Are you adapting or just coping?
Five minutes into a leadership workshop, the projector froze mid-slide. Rather than wrestle with cables and lose the room, I pivoted. I parked the slides, grabbed a marker, and asked the group to map their current change challenges on a whiteboard. We built the model live — insightful questions, rich dialogue, and zero tech needed.
The lesson? Adaptability isn’t “winging it”; it’s prepared agility. When plans wobble, leaders who stay curious, simplify quickly, and move forward with purpose to keep momentum (and trust) intact.
