Martin Probst from PROfound Leadership delivered an outstanding keynote on leadership collaboration at our VBCF business networking event, attended by 150 members of our Bangladeshi community.

His insights were incredibly valuable and his presentation was engaging, entertaining and highly educational. Martin has a remarkable ability to connect and engage with his audience and empower people through his down-to-earth approach, practical examples, metaphors and profound insights.

As President of VBCF, the feedback I received from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. A truly inspiring speaker who combines practical leadership strategies with energy, humour and a wealth of wisdom. Highly recommended!

The session was engaging, practical and full of valuable insights that our members could take away and apply. Martin brought great energy and enthusiasm and created an environment for meaningful conversations and active participation. We absolutely look forward to having him back again."

Tonight I attended a seminar on transforming emotionally charged conversations into positive outcomes, and it was incredibly insightful and thought-provoking. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to attend and took away so much from the experience.

The insights and practical tools shared were incredibly valuable and gave me a lot to reflect on. Everyone was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and wonderful. I’m truly grateful to have been part of such a meaningful evening.
A heartfelt thank you for sharing your knowledge, experience, and wisdom so generously. The work you do and the positive impact you create through helping people communicate, connect, and navigate self awareness is truly inspiring. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from you and to be part of such a valuable experience.

After my coaching session with Martin, I felt so much more confident in my voice. I felt clearer and was able to communicate my messages with confidence, clarity and intention, without fear of stumbling. The difference was immediate and had a real impact on my professional conversations. I Highly recommend PROfound Leadership and look forward to bigger projects with Martin in the future.

I’ve had a great opportunity to attend several online meetups hosted by Martin. They were not only filled with useful insights about leadership qualities, but also genuinely engaging. I especially appreciated the opportunity to share my own ideas and receive feedback on them. Meetups like this can really help improve self-confidence and encourage people to keep pursuing their goals. Highly recommended.

Martin came to our office to deliver a leadership training course to our team within a small building company. It was a great day. Martin was a great speaker, he was highly engaging and made the environment feel comfortable and safe for everyone to get involved in group discussions. The course content was very interesting and everyone on the team benefitted from it, from company director to carpenters on the tools. Thank you Martin for your time, knowledge and fun!

This truly was a profound workshop. Martin spent the day with my team and I and we learnt so much around DISC styles and skills we are able to implement on the job site. He shared stories we could relate to, and kept it friendly and interactive.
A must have for training your team in leadership.
