The leadership training session with Martin was incredibly helpful and contained practical and relevant advice that I could immediately put into practice at work and in my personal life. I can highly recommend him as a personal coach to any manager looking for next step in their career.

Before working with PROfound Leadership, I was unsure about my communication style - often found myself in a situation caused by miscommunication. Generally, always considering myself not being a team player, I wanted to learn how to work with my growing team of employees and my work colleagues. Also my self confidence was quite low, impacting my relationships with our prospects / customers.

While learning and applying the different strategies, I have learned to listen first. The engagement and communication with my new team is improving. Mainly, I have really enjoyed learning more about myself, how past experiences have affected me and what beliefs I have formed from those experiences. This gave me such insight into my own strengths and weaknesses and what I want to improve and act on.

As a result of completing the Leadership Program and Coaching sessions, I have been able to get better organized, identify and verbalize better our company’s values, mission and vision that guides now the team and improved the communication with our clients and suppliers.
