And yes. Each workshop can be adapted to deliver in other lengths to suit your requirement and budget. We’ll work with you to recommend the most effective content structure based on your goals and time availability.
Is this a formal qualification?
Fortunately not! We do not believe in a “cookie cutter” approach, where the one off-the-shelf program suits everybody. This program gives us the necessary flexibility and opportunities to deliver real solutions tailored to our participants’ needs rather than ticking boxes and getting lost in bureaucracy.
Do you offer this workshop online as well as in person?
Yes. All workshops are available both on-site and virtually. The content and interaction remain highly engaging and practical regardless of delivery mode, using tools like breakout rooms, live polling, and group activities.
What materials are included for participants?
For half-day and full-day sessions, participants receive a professionally designed workbook which includes key concepts, reflection prompts, practical tools, and space for personal insights. These resources help embed learning beyond the session.
PS: For an additional fee, we can also create a workbookhandout for shorter sessions.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants?
While we recommend a minimum of 6 and a maximum of around 25 for optimal interaction, we can adjust depending on your group’s needs. Larger groups may be split across sessions or delivered in keynote-style format if required.
Can we combine this workshop with others as part of a leadership development program?
Yes. Many clients choose to roll out multiple workshops over time to build on leadership capability. Our sessions work well as stand-alone learning or as part of a strategic leadership series.
Is there anybody who can help participants if they get stuck?
